Centre For Family Mediation…
is an organization that believes peaceful solutions are possible. It is dedicated to bring comprehensive and affordable Family Mediation services to all residents of the Niagara Region served by the Superior Court of Justice in St. Catharines.
It is made up of highly trained and experienced family mediators with various academic backgrounds such as law, social work, and psychology. They have met the standards and each carry the designation, Accredited Family Mediator (Ontario Association for Family Mediation), Acc.FM (OAFM)
Our mediators are dedicated to providing excellent and affordable family mediation. In collaboration with the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario, family mediation services are offered on a sliding scale geared to income. The fees range from $5.00 to $90.00 per person per hour and generally, for an average 6 to 9 hours per family. Each family's needs for time and ability to pay will be discussed and agreed to prior to beginning the mediation process.
